Although every therapist offers something a little different, you can feel confident that in my office, we will openly process and explore your reality and distress and help you create a life that feels fulfilling and rewarding.
- What will our work together look like?
My approach is goal-oriented and systems based. We establish goals that you would like to reach throughout therapy. We will check-in about these goals throughout and adjust accordingly. Once your goals are reached, therapy is complete.

Absolutely. I know that depression can be heavily debilitating and has the power to leave you feeling unmotivated and stuck. We will work together, step by step, to getting that power back so you can start living the life you want. Video or phone sessions available as well if coming into session in person feels like too much some days. I'm here for you.
