What is your fee?

$120 x 50 minute session. Extended services available upon request. An additional fee will ensue. CASH, CREDIT AND CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED AND ARE EXPECTED AT THE TIME SERVICES ARE PROVIDED.

DO you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance at this time. You will be responsible for paying the full fee at the time of services. However, I can offer you a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to learn about your out-of-network mental health coverage.

If you are not able to afford my fee, please still call. It is important to me that anyone who needs help should get help they can afford. At no cost, I will help direct you to someone who either accepts your insurance or works at a fee you can afford.

Do I have to come in to your office for sessions?

Nope! I also offer Telehealth therapy services by phone or online through a HIPAA compliant video service. If you’re unable to make it in to the office, we can have a video or phone session at your leisure.

How can therapy help me?

People come to therapy for so many different reasons, which means that our work together will be entirely unique to you. Although every therapist offers something a little different, you can feel confident that in my office, we will openly process and explore your reality and distress and help you create a life that feels fulfilling and rewarding.

What will our work together look like?

My approach to therapy is both affirming and challenging. What this means is that this is first and foremost your space to use it as you need. What this also means is that throughout our time together, I will challenge you to question your thinking patterns and beliefs and encourage you to remain curious about the way in which these ideas serve you. You are unique. Our work will be unique. Our time together will reflect such.
